The Maui ATV tour at Kahoma Ranch is one heck of hoot. Drive your own machine. Waterslide included with 10am and 1pm tours!

Check in is a breeze at the Lahaina Gateway shopping center on Maui’s Westside. Trail guides greet you the kiosk and you leave your rental car behind, safe and clean in the parking lot. From here, the trusty Kahoma Ranch van transports your group up to the private ranch land to begin your Maui ATV tour.

Safety is always first, and the entire group is fitted with helmets and goggles. Many even choose to rent the optional camo cover gear to keep you protected from the red dirt. It sticks to everything! Bandanas are also a tried-and-true way to keep the dust out of your mouth and nose. Prepare to get wet, dirty and muddy!

Orientation begins on your 2-seater Polaris vehicle with 500cc of power. These are great for families with kids or even for couples who want to switch on and off drivers throughout the course of your Maui ATV tour. Trail guides give you clear, concise instructions and send you on your way through the practice course. Great even for beginners, this allows the guides to have a better idea of the group’s agility levels on the machines.

Begin your ascent up the slope of the mountain on the rocky, rugged trails through cane grass and across a working cattle ranch on this thrill seeking expedition. The ranch encompasses over 600 acres and the guides know the terrain better than else. If you are really feeling outgoing, ride with the guide! Careen around each turn and gasp at each bump; it may not feel like it, but they have great control!

As your adrenaline pumps, your Maui ATV tour culminates at the Garden, 1800 feet above sea level. From all the way up here you get far-reaching views of the ocean and neighboring islands below. Take a moment to recover from your adrenaline high while enjoying snacks and refreshments with the group. Now it’s time for the second exhilarating part of your excursion, the water slides into the freshwater reservoir. Extremely refreshing after your filthy, dusty journey up the mountainside! Revel in the views from the floating dock or check out the local wildlife and vegetation in the area. There is even a private changing area to switch back into dry clothes when you are done.

When you’ve had enough rest and relaxation, it’s time to get dirty with Kahoma Ranch! Book your Maui ATV tour today!

The experience going to the mountain with Anthony was great, and my family love it. However, I have to deduct 1 points down as overall due to the bad experience with the attendant at the kiosk during check in. He is rude, obnoxious and seems like he doesn’t want to be in the kiosk. My family almost get into argument with him after he snap (yell) at me. Otherwise, it should have been 5 overall remember I the kiosk employee also represent your company, please kindly send him for customer service training as a suggestion.
