There are many sunset excursions to choose from, but the Quicksilver dinner cruise is one of the most fun! Even your check-in at the bustling, historic Lahaina Harbor is entertaining; there is so much to see! Our comfortable 55-foot, double decked catamaran offers plenty of room to relax and take in the 360-degree views for sunset on this 2 hour cruise.

You’ll say aloha to your captain and crew as you step easily onto the boat and find the perfect seat. The stars come out as the Kahalawai Mountains of west Maui slowly glide by. There is plenty of time to gaze at the islands of Kaho’olawe and Lanai in the distance (and Molokini Crater, too!).  During whale season, there is an enormous chance you’ll see and hear humpback whales in the sunset-colored waters. When the boat returns to the harbor at the end of this special evening, you’ll watch the lights of Lahaina Town reflecting on the calm ocean waves.

Table side drink and food service lets you enjoy your delicious meal, the unbeatable ocean views, and your fabulous company without interruption. Two drinks are included in the price of your Maui dinner cruise, and you are welcome to order more beer, wine, and mai tais. We won’t mind! Please see our food menu below.

A local live musician sets the mood throughout the Quicksilver dinner cruise.  Sometimes, if you’re lucky, one of the crew members will pause in her duties and grace the venue with her beautiful singing voice! Feel free to dance in your seat or simply listen the great music — whatever floats your boat, my friend!

The Quicksilver dinner cruise is a lot of fun. Many folks enjoy these special moments on their last night on the island, or to commemorate unique occasions such as anniversaries or engagements (or even proposals – we’ll keep it a surprise!). Children six and younger ride free with two paid adults, so why not come aboard? You’ll love it!

MENU – 7 Meal Options To Choose From:

(1) Pacific Rim Combo Entrée Platter (MOST POPULAR)
Includes a portion of each of the three items below.

A. Opakapaka – a pink snapper served over ginger infused jasmine rice topped with
lemon caper butter sauce & tropical salsa.
B. Beef Tenderloin – seasoned with salt & pepper, slow cooked then seared
to a medium rare served over a purple sweet potato mash.
C. Teriyaki Chicken – grilled boneless thighs marinated in teriyaki sauce served over a bed of local Upcountry garden vegetables.

(2) Fish Entrée Option.
Opakapaka – a pink snapper season with salt & pepper then baked to a light flaky texture served over ginger infused jasmine rice topped with lemon caper butter sauce & tropical salsa. Also includes a serving of our purple sweet potato mash and local Upcountry vegetables.
(3) Lobster Entrée Option. (Nightly Limitations Apply)
Lobster cooked on board during the tour, topped with paprika, served with drawn butter, ginger infused jasmine rice, purple sweet potato mash and local Upcountry vegetables.
(4) Surf & Turf Entrée Option. – 8oz Lobster Tail plus Prime Rib served with ginger infused jasmine rice, Molokai sweet potato mash and local Upcountry vegetables. (Nightly Limitations Apply)
(5) Prime Rib Entrée Option. – Black Angus Prime Rib served with side of creamy horseradish and au jus dip. Also includes ginger infused jasmine rice, purple sweet potato mash and local Upcountry vegetables.
(6) Vegetarian Entrée Option. – Thick Fettucini pasta with a homemade Marinara sauce served with our local Upcountry vegetables and puple sweet potato mash.
(7) Gluten Free Entrée Option. – All our food is gluten free except the Hawaiian sweet roll and chocolate cake. These items will not be offered to our gluten free customers.

All options include a cesar salad, Hawaiian sweet roll and for desert delicious chocolate cake.
